                  COMPUTER HISTORY AND ITS GENERATION
      

     HISTORY

  Computer is an electronic device which is capable of process data in the desired way as per the instructions given in a program and produce desired result. A computer can also be defined as a group of integrated parts that have common purpose of performing the operation called for in the Program being executed. Key elements of computer are Input devices, Processing unit and Output devices. As the computer is a machine so it has some significant characteristics and limitations. General characteristics of computer are High calculation Speed of computer in comparison of human being, capacity of computer to store large amount of data, high accuracy of computer, multitasking capability of computer.
